- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With 20+ years of experience in several industries (telcom, agricultural, finance, marketing, etc.) we take the following approach when engaging prospective clients. Step 1 - ANALYSIS: We provide business analysis to better identify the full view of the customers business and to inform the customer on applicable technologies Step 2 - SCOPE: We identify the scope of the business problem(s) to better align technology to solve the customers problem Step 3 - SOLUTION: We formulate a solution path identifying the alignment of the technology to the problem Step 4 - IMPLEMENTATION: Implementation of solution Step 5 - DELIVERY: We work together with the client to test the scenario identified during analysis and scope.
