- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally my fees range between $65-85/per hour. This depends on the type of mediation as well as number of sessions anticipated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a phone consultation where we discuss fees and the location to meet that is most suitable for both parties. Upon meeting, each party has a chance to explain his or her side. Then a mutual decision is made on what problems we want to tackle as well as what we are hoping for in a outcome. Solutions are discussed until we have come to a mutual agreement. Sometimes an additional session or two is needed to reach a mutual agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Mediator with years of conflict resolution experience in workplace and personal settings.
