I found Katia on next-door neighbor she came over to my house and after we talked she looked at the job, an small addition to my bedroom, she then send me a drawing of the project. It was terrific I took it to the city inspector he made a few comments she made a few changes I get a new drawing and this time it was approved with no problems. Katia is very personable and easy to talk to she has a good sense of the three-dimensional space and I would definitely hire her on my next project.

Katia was fantastic. She prepared the architectural plans for our attic conversion. She is extremely knowledgeable and offered a lot of advice about how to overcome some obstacles with our current floor plan. She delivered the architectural plans on time and within budget. I would definitely hire Katia again and highly recommend her.
