Right Away was very respectful and very mindful of my pet and took steps to ensure no damage was done to my floor and carpet. He was even courtesy enough to ask to park in my driveway before parking. I appreciate how he was able to home within an hour when the furnace went out. Initially I had just a repair done and I did not feel pressured nor was Henry a pushy salesman. I ended up buying a new furnace and he took the initial repair off. Also he took the initiative to look at my AC and replaced some hoses for free. Henry was very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner and was able to answer all of my questions. Any furnace is quite the expense and after its all said and done I'm happy with the results with no regrets.

I called to have my furnace fixed, it had been acting up, Jose came out and found the problem, he gave me some options and he got it running again and it was affordable. also he explained to me how important it is to have my furnace looked at once a year. I will us them again....
