Pricing will be based upon the scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to first step them through our "Organizational Check-Up". This tool, a series of questions, provides a great assessment of where the organization is in most need of focused assistance. We try to determine if there is a healthy balance between the Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Financial Management functions of the company. Based on the results, we then put together a strategic plan with measurable goals and accountable individuals. Continual improvement is the goal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MBA in International Business degree from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. In addition, I've played an integral part in launching more than 30 new businesses throughout The United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. In additional I taught as an adjunct professor at The Wharton School of Business as well as at Daniels School of Business at The University of Denver for more than five years.
