- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet in person to better understand what results the client is looking for, how soon they want those results and what resources they have with which to achieve them. By resources I mean your personal time as the client, the time of whatever staff may be required for implementation as well as financial resources. I have systems to clarify where you are now, where you want to be as well as systems to identify opportunities within your business you may not have seen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Biology/Chemistry, MBA. The experience in founding and building 5 national companies. Two were consumer products companies selling $46 Million children's products, stationery and school supply products to the gift and stationery industry as well as to major retailers like Walmart and Target. Got a "best new vendor" award from Target' stationery & school supply division. One was a direct mail catalog company selling to 10,000 pediatric and family practice doctors, dentists and hospitals. Another specialized in helped 1,265 businesses get started in the promotional products industry.
