- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of project being requested and the client resources that will be involved. I do both fixed fee projects and hourly rate based work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spending the right amount of time discussing the client's business, organization and problem. This process allows the client to gain confidence in my skills and experience while also helping me understand how I may be able to help. If I don't believe I'm a good fit, or the work isn't the best use of my skills and experience, I will refer others to the client and not take on work that will leave us both dissatisfied.
