FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to provide a fixed price and value bill each engagement. Unfortunately due to state licensure prohibiting contingent fees, the nature of our business leaves us unable to control our clients' readiness to meet accounting reporting standards and tax law regulatory reporting requirements without charging hourly rates. we do scope jobs, give estimates, and stick to them when the job comes in as advertised.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to our prospective clients to understand their needs and let them know what we can do for them. We get some contact information so that we can send them a quote and other matriculation information. Once the client sees our value they enroll into out practice. At that point we gather up prior year tax returns, current financial account information, and get them an organizer and information request list so that we can get what we need to help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had a lot of education in my life and so have the people who work around me. Diplomas hanging on the wall come from The University of New Mexico, the University of Denver, and the Emily Griffith Technical College. We're not done yet though we're still learning more and more with continuing professional education and community involvement.
