I'm torn on what to say here. I had a great experience with the communication and professionalism until my initial technician arrived. Without going into too much detail, the man who first came to rekey my home was one of the worst behaved service people I have ever come into contact with. It almost got to the point where police were called. With a mouth like a sailor and a quick temper, he quickly departed my property. Ann was quick to respond and get a more seasoned technician out to complete the job within hours and free of charge. Though there were times I felt that I was the one inconveniencing them, I do understand that the situation was a difficult one to navigate and I do believe this person will no longer be working for the company. The work that was done in the end was excellent. Quick, educated, professional and efficient. What I would expect from someone who is seasoned in their trade. That being said, if a man named Yaniv is still representing the company and is going to be your technician - run away. Run fast. Refuse and request someone else.
