Introduction: We specialize in empowering children and adults through martial arts. We teach character development for 3 to 6 year old's. Tae Kwon Do, Self Defense for our karate kids and families. Gung Fu and Chi Gong for our mature students. We teach small and large groups self defense. Private classes are also available.
I enjoy watching students grow, giving little people positive feedback, watching children handle bullying and gain the confidence they need to grow into future leaders. I enjoy teaching women and children how to defend themselves and stay safe. Overall I love how martial arts brings joy to individuals and allows them to discover their true potential.
