- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable for organizations. In personal coaching situations (e.g., students, interviews) we are happy to discuss pricing flexibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding the six-story components (e.g., why are you here, whats in it for the audience). We then talk about what you want the audience to feel and what you want them to say. Lastly, we talk about the right tools to deliver the most effective presentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 15 years in corporate positions that required me to speak on many occasions, work with my team on speaking opportunities and coach special guest speakers. My favorite speech ever was when my MBA class elected me to speak at our graduation.
