I have been taking Qigong with Karen for several months now and I absolutely love it!! It's a total body workout and its so fluid and thoughtful that the time goes by so fast! My health and energy has remained good this winter when everyone around me has had ailments, and I truly believe Qigong is wonderful! I highly recommend Karen's classes!!! GW
