- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Committing to a certain amount of time (a package) is your best bet for change because it takes a couple of sessions to get a rhythm.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out the desired results and look for opportunities (usually challenges that are current) to practice strategies to get the results. The first goal is to help you find your best thinking and the second is to share information you may not have access.
