Introduction: As a kid growing up in Kalamazoo, Michigan I wanted to be the next disco queen. In high school, I dressed like Madonna. But - sadly - my voice would not lead me to singing stardom. So instead of going to Hollywood – I went to college. I love human science and studied cellular biology but found I need to be around people - not petri dishes. So I earned a business degree instead. After college, I worked in several environments and was successful ... for the most part. But, I wasn't happy. I struggled with relationships at work and at home. It took me a long time - and some life coaching - to get me to my happy place. Through my own journey, I discovered that I am not alone. We are in this together. Here's what I believe - that happiness is NOT a luxury but a personal, professional and economic necessity. Please know that happiness is not natural for me - I am a “recovering pessimist” and work on myself everyday. A Michigan native, I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina with my husband. We have two adult sons living in Michigan. My goal for you is to be your BEST self and have a good day - every day - no matter what! Seeing people become their best selves by helping them learn new strategies is better than a piece of chocolate cake!

We figure out the desired results and look for opportunities (usually challenges that are current) to practice strategies to get the results. The first goal is to help you find your best thinking and the second is to share information you may not have access.
