- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost estimates sent via Thumbtack are based on Cleaning Sessions in homes that are sight unseen. We ask potential Clients to please remember that the cost estimate sent to you on Thumbtack is just that, an estimate. It is by speaking with potential clients and discussing the specific details of the home that we are able to ensure an accurate quote. We are are always happy to customize services and will be able to accommodate your needs, preferences, budget and schedule. It is important to know what kind of Cleaning you need.. standard cleaning, deep cleaning, post renovation or construction, move in/move out, preparation for home listing. We will happily accommodate any type of Cleaning you might need. *Please contact us for Move In/Move Out cost information as these sessions are very different from a Standard or Deep Cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, communication! :) The more we understand what a successful Cleaning session would look like for you, the more thoroughly we are able to deliver that! Our goal is Always to be as flexible as possible and we have managed to accommodate a very wide range of requests 99% of the time. When we receive messages or calls of interest, we always try to speak with the client personally. Based on what the desired service is and how often it is needed, we are able to offer various discounts. We understand that each household is unique and different and are more than happy to custom tailor your session accordingly.

We proudly offer almost 25 years of skill and will confidently be able to accommodate whatever your project may require!
