Introduction: For the past five years ive worked extensively on renovating older homes and converting them into rental properties. I have a working knowledge on what the city wants to be able to pass inspections...that being said...I always went above and beyond what the city inpectors anticipated or wanted.. Being an Engineers son my father never paid outside help to do any work and depended on us to help. He was my greatest Teacher... Ive also have worked consstuction all over the U.S. im also a veteran Having alot of customer experience a can tell you that the customer is always right...a friendly smile in every aisle..yes I also bagged groceries, So i like to help people and want to make you happy.
