I hired Rigoberto to tear out an old XO window and install a new one, the work was done great in a timely manner, I later called him to install a swamp cooler and we where very satisfied with his work with that too!

he pulled a no show on the day/time he was suppose to do project. i had to text him, then said he was called out of town he could do it later in the week without a specific date. if he had initiated a call or text before i sat waiting for an hour for him to arrive, i woulsd gave rescheduled. but to just stand me up without notifying me in advance is not acceptable
