FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company is very flexible on pricing for customer who hire my services through Thumb Tack, we will provide a $50.00 credit towards the next order placed. Additionally, as a small business consultant I am always willing to adjust pricing to accommodate a client's budget needs. Once we discuss the long term plans for the business and how we could possibly add value, you'd be surprised to find what we can do to assist. Give me a call today to discuss in more detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I provide a design consultation to determine the design concept, deadlines, and expectations. In this phase, I like to listen and inquire about the end goal we are trying to accomplish with each design. From there I begin working on a proof. Depending on the complexity of the project, I will communicate the time frame by which I will provide the first submission. Once the proof has been approved and the order is processing, I release the artwork for client usage or send to production if printing is included. I typically do not charge for edits and revisions. This is just not how my business model is structured. I like to create the highest level of client experience, and I find repeated charges for minor edits can be discomforting to most clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years experience in the graphic design industry. I have always had a natural ability to draw, and harnessed my skills by learning from a great mentor in the industry. Not long afterwards, I enrolled in school to received hands-on training from some of the best graphic design professors in the country, in my opinion. They were excellent in teaching me the fundamentals, my business value increased by at least 60% as a result of the continued education.
