- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do quality work at affordable and competitive pricing. I try my best to work with clients of income ranges. I've solved problems over the phone at no charge. I've gone to clients homes to fix one problem and helped them out with extra things that they may have needed at no charge. When clients refer customers I will usually discount their next job. My prices may vary. For example what type of product I'm installing. Every job is different however I have competitive pricing for jobs big and small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with them on the phone to get a better understanding of what is needed. Sometimes I get new clients by people walking on a job I'm working on and asking questions about what I'm doing. Also asking what else I'm capable of doing. I am outgoing and easy to work with. Self motivated and eager to help clients with their needs or goals on a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been self motivated since a young age. I've had the pleasure if working with many professionals and contractors in different area's. I'm well connected with professionals, contractors, and supply houses that make any job possible. If I can't do it myself I have many professional's that I work with to get the job done.
