FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There really isn't a flat rate per say. I examine the space, time, and materials closely and plan with certainty to ensure projects go smoothly, timely, and without excess.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I, typically, would come out and meet the homeowner/customer and listen to them describe what they want. While pulling measurements and giving advice or ideas about their project. I have found it best to be hands on and get the needed measurements/information myself to ensure the customer gets what they want. Sometimes people have an idea of what they want built, but are unsure of how they want it to look exactly. I have a very creative attitude towards projects and on several occasions have helped the customer make their idea a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience. In my opinion, some things are best learned that way. You just can't learn how to paint a wall by reading a few pages in a textbook. The best way is to get out there and do it.
