- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing reflects my workmanship and customer service. i have always been competitive with any big box contractor and always will be, but with an emphasis on working together with the customer and being on time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after contact is made, i like to meet the customer at the job site to discuss the scope of work. once we have determined a plan, i work with the customer to order any products and materials necessary for job completion. once the materials have been received, i schedule the install or start date in accordance to the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
worked for a private contractor doing residential work between 2001-2016 studied architecture and design at ferris state university 1994-1997 launched urbin carpentry, llc in 2017
