- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery: I discover what my clients needs are and even help them along to to determine the best and highest use of their hard earned money. I take pride in making sure they get the best and most cost effective website for their specific needs. I focus on lead capture and product or service branding when I develop websites as that is the core focus for most who want a website. Communication: I am a clear communicator and make sure my clients understand the most important aspects to websites and why they matter in today's desktop and mobile enabled world. Targeted Social Engagement: I provide the foundation to engage with your current clients and capture new clients using organic internet growth as well as paid advertising on Facebook, bing, yahoo and google. These are subjects that should be talked about along with the process of building a website because they affect how and why a site should be developed. This consultation is free of charge for anyone who chooses me to provide my services. Hand Off Videos Series: I always provide a hand off video series to my clients which are created specifically for each client. The video series details the inner workings of the site I have created for them and teaching them how to get started when I hand off the site to them. My clients love this feature most as it allows them to pass the knowledge on to anyone within their company to add blogging posts, and other pages to the site as needed as they grow their site to the public. Follow Up Calls: I always follow up with my clients. after I finish their website to make sure everything is great. My relationship with my clients continue for years. They can feel safe in calling me with any questions as I am a wealth of knowledge in Social Media, Internet Marketing, Website Development, and much more.
