- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$10 hourly rate if I don't have to replace something. If I do need to replace something then I will charge for the part and $10 for me to replace it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+ certified. Was in training for IT Help Desk. Now I have an internship at the Department of Human Services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my sophomore year of high school my dad brought me a build it yourself kit from radio shack and told me to build a radio. Me being curious I pick up the gauntlet. He told me basic stuff about the circuit board and gave me his soldering iron and left. Im confused but somehow I figured it out and build a radio without knowing much of anything and it was fun. So here I am 4 years later, CompTIA A+ certified with an IT internship starting a computer repair business. Thanks dad!
