What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So here's the process that we operate by here at FrancoisGrphx IDEA: Discuss your ideas & find the best solution for your needs. SAMPLE: Produce samples of your concept. Vector artwork will be provided. Vector means the logo or image can be scaled to any size and will never lose quality or become pixelated. (For videos, a draft version can be created before finalizing.) REVISIONS: Revise & edit drafts until your satisfied at no additional costs. FINALIZING: Prepare your final project for print, web, etc. All final files are print ready @ 300dpi quality. Any of the following files can be provided depending on your needs ai, eps, pdf, jpg, png & gif. Final Photos & Videos can be save on a DVD or emailed at your request. I provide the following formats - MPEG4 or AVI for video. JPEG for photos. COMPLETION: Send you finished project and invoice for remaining balance. Rights & Usage You will own all rights to the final projects I create with you. However, I retain the right to show them off in my portfolio & printed marketing material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well for starters, I'm a local Graphic Designer in Boston. In 2009 I recieved a Digital Design degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online. Although I was designing on a small scale prior to my formal education, obtaining this degree has opened up alot more opportunities for me. Since then, I've started my own clothing line, and also involved myself in many other projects in this city. However, after a few years of not so great success, I decided to further my knowledge in the Media & Marketing industry, and In 2015, through some online training courses, I managed to acquire a few more skills to add to my working knowledge of marketing (Photography and Videography). Futhermore I relaunched my company under a new name "FrancoisGrphx", which in a way represents my style, while allowing me to be able to leave behind a legacy.
