Best BBQ we have ever had! They catered a birthday party for us, and we were beyond impressed! The guests loved the food truck feel, food came out promptly and the service was amazing! Everybody raved about the pulled pork and ribs! We will definitely be using Charles Smokin BBQ again!

Charles' Smokin' BBQ is the best in the business! I enjoyed their award-winning*, fresh and succulent food at a catered event. It was immediately apparent that the food had been prepared with much care, patience, skill, and pride. It wasn't stale and clearly hadn't been sitting under heat lamps. The food's aroma left us wanting more. The staff was very friendly, committed and professional. They provided all of the items we requested and needed (plates, utensils, etc.). This allowed the event's organizers and attendees to relax and enjoy the food, each other, and the event itself. If you want delicious food and professional service at an affordable price, then you want Charles' Smokin' BBQ! I genuinely cannot wait until the next time I enjoy their food and service again; that day can't come soon enough. *I take painstaking measures when looking for vendors, and I was even more pleased (but not surprised) to learn that Charles' Smokin' BBQ won the 2011 Best of Pensacola Award in the Barbecue Restaurants category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA). Charles' Smokin' BBQ is unforgettable for all of the RIGHT reasons.
