- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
THe basic return which would be W2 with no children is $254.00. We do offer the client an opportunity to obtain a tax estimate affording them the estimated costs based on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In acquiring new business I take the time to get to know my clients and understanding how can be of assistance. LISTENING to the client is my first step, creating a plan of service is my next step and finally striving for success is my continual goal in everything i do therefore retaining my clientele and obtaining referrals for more new business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a twenty year vetted accountant with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and I am currently seeking my accounting master's in taxation.
