We do free measurements and consultations, and always make sure the customers questions are all answered
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a suitable time for the customer and their schedule. Going over and doing an estimate while informing the potential customer of exactly what I will be doing and using as far as products and tools. Asking the questions I need to know in order to perform the job efficiently. I inform them I specialize in using solutions not chemicals, which is important to customers with children and pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many certifications through the IICRC. I am certified to work in commercial and residential. My certifications are carpet cleaning, upholstery and fiber identification, water and smoke damage restoration and odor control. Hard floor service care and repair and reinstallation. I also have 20 years of experience with cleaning and restoring oriental rugs. I am also always going to classes to further my education, as well as putting my employees in school that way they are educated with our products and services.
