Melissa is very knowledgeable bout barre technique, dance and strength. She is extremely professional and makes sure my individual needs are met. I would not go anywhere else! Melissa is dedicated to barre and is always continuing to build on her knowledge and skills.

I met Melissa through a friend. I was looking to get back into shape and needed some guidance. I had done the whole "gym thing" before and I tried to work out on my own but I never got the results I wanted. In just a few weeks with Melissa, there was a noticeable change! My core was flatter and stronger, I felt healthier and had way more energy. We work on flexibility, toning and overall strengthening.
She is patient yet pushes you just beyond your comfort level to ensure you get the best results from every session. She seems to take a little bit of technique from every aspect to give you a good, well rounded class. As a former dancer (mostly ballet), it's a nice change and a different way to get back into shape. I would strongly recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking for a fun, upbeat and professional person to help them reach their goals...I'm glad I found her!!
