We elevate the design of your home beyond current fads to ensure you love the finished space as long as you live in it. 2. The things you surround yourself with impact how you feel. We get to know our clients - the things they love and how they live and use their homes and translate that into a visual space where they can live every day. Your home can be both "you" and "beautiful" without looking like everyone else's - and we'll make that happen. My favorite thing about being an interior designer is getting to know my clients and really making the spaces theirs! That might be through maximizing the function of a room based on how that client uses it, or incorporating things that reflect their personality and experience in the design.

Michelle is extremely talented. She is knowledgeable with regard to placement/spacial orientation & coordination of furniture, floor treatments, window treatments, and accessories. She was very helpful with regard to lighting selections - and encouraged us to get out of our "comfort zone" - which we did, and we are very happy with the lighting selections that she recommended. The furniture she recommended is of the highest quality - and we hope to get many decades of use out of it. The fabric selections were of very high quality - that should last for a long time. She even helped us to coordinate treatment of all furniture fabrics and rugs. She assisted us with paint selection, and wall decoration ideas. Overall - our new home construction project with Michelle was a very rewarding experience for us - and we could not be happier with the outcome. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as transparent as it can get. We charge an hourly rate only and our clients benefit from trade discounts on purchased furnishings. Our pricing is outlined in our New Client Packet that we provide at the beginning of each project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have new clients fill out a questionnaire to help us define the scope, timeline, and feel of a project. Then, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss their questionnaire responses and walk through the new client packet which includes a project timeline, FAQs, pricing, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for two years as an interior designer in Beverly Hills, CA for a luxury interior design and home staging firm. I also completed an internship with a hospitality design firm in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Prior to working in the interior design industry, I worked in event planning for 4 years. My education includes a 4 year degree from Brigham Young University, as well as two years of schooling in Interior Design from UCLA and LDS Business College.
