On the first occasion, I hired Peaceful Solutions at the last minute (reached out a day before) for a deep cleaning of our place and really appreciated their quick response and hassle-free scheduling process. I was also very happy with the cleaning experience, and hired the same cleaner again for a usual, light cleaning. She is very positive, did a good job each time, worked diligently, and was open to suggestions. I would hire her again, and am overall satisfied with the results but the following are a few areas I would like to see improvements on: (1) the cleaner was late by 30-45 min both times. The cleaner did let me know in the morning and was not a big deal, but I'd rather get the scheduling piece out of the way during the actual scheduling process, as I had aleady run back to our place from breakfast to be on time for the cleaning on the first day. (2) I felt that some supervision and guidance was necessary at both times. The first time she worked very hard and did a thorough job, but it took much longer than both parties initially estimated, leaving behind a few items I wanted to get done at a deep cleaning session. The second time, I gave her some instructions and headed out towards the end of the session. She did thorough work for both BRs/BAs and helped with organizing, which I appreciated, but left the foor in the living room space uncleaned (or not completely cleaned? I wasn't sure.) If she could plan and prioritize cleaning and communicate that with me, I would be feel more comfortable not blocking off my time for the cleaning sessions. That said, I'm happy with the services and experience overall, and got what I was looking for -- trustworthy and competent cleaning service.

She has your number to call you directly for entry so unfortunately, I was out of the loop, but will address it so you can both better manage your time. I apologize for the inconvenience. I will follow-up with you about the cleaning as well, I am wondering if the time spent on organization took away from the cleaning time, but you are right, going forward, communication is the key. I used peaceful solutions to clean my home prior to putting it on the market to be sold. I needed a good cleaning before selling. They were wonderful from start to finish. Had someone to my home very quickly, the person they sent was kind and personable. She made my home look wonderful. My walks liked shiny and my tub looked brand new. I would recommend highly. I plan on using them to do a deep cleaning before I move into my new home. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they forgot to do inside my oven. But that was minor to me as they did such a wonderful job on the rest of my home

Our pricing does not reflect our quality. We strive to provide cost-effective pricing with exceptional service. There are no contracts or hidden fees. We have several packages for you to choose from or you can customize your service with your personalized to-do list. We offer flat fee pricing and include interior windows and inside ovens without additional cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer expresses an interest in our service, we gather information that helps us to determine the best package and pricing for their needs. We will provide an written estimate or we can come out and conduct a home visit and provide an estimate as well. After the customer confirms the service, we send them a confirmation of their cleaning professional's name, date of service and arrival time. In addition, we send our cleaning professionals a confirmation with your location, date and arrival time along with a customized housekeeping assignment summary that details your package, services, supplies, and instructions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers to look for a service that you can build and maintain a relationship with. Remember, they are coming into your home- your personal space and business and should reflect your standards. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Ask them if they conduct background checks on employees, are licensed, insured and bonded. If something is broken, stolen or if someone slips or hurts themselves in your home and the company is not a professional service then you are liable. Make sure they have experience in cleaning supplies, solutions and equipment as well as different material types such as marble, granite, and flooring. What methods do they use to prevent cross-contamination in your home?
