- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing does not reflect our quality. We strive to provide cost-effective pricing with exceptional service. There are no contracts or hidden fees. We have several packages for you to choose from or you can customize your service with your personalized to-do list. We offer flat fee pricing and include interior windows and inside ovens without additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer expresses an interest in our service, we gather information that helps us to determine the best package and pricing for their needs. We will provide an written estimate or we can come out and conduct a home visit and provide an estimate as well. After the customer confirms the service, we send them a confirmation of their cleaning professional's name, date of service and arrival time. In addition, we send our cleaning professionals a confirmation with your location, date and arrival time along with a customized housekeeping assignment summary that details your package, services, supplies, and instructions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers to look for a service that you can build and maintain a relationship with. Remember, they are coming into your home- your personal space and business and should reflect your standards. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Ask them if they conduct background checks on employees, are licensed, insured and bonded. If something is broken, stolen or if someone slips or hurts themselves in your home and the company is not a professional service then you are liable. Make sure they have experience in cleaning supplies, solutions and equipment as well as different material types such as marble, granite, and flooring. What methods do they use to prevent cross-contamination in your home?
