- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set hourly rate for each vehicle and charge 20% gratuity. We are very competitive with our prices. We give you an estimate and stick to it. We do not have any hidden fees.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many different clients including brides and wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, women's retreat members, birthday celebrations, and prom to name a few.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Booking early is very helpful. You definitely have more flexibility if you have an existing reservation. Exact details can always be ironed out closer to the travel date.
