- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually have a $50. Retainer fee for all new residential accounts. We are waving that fee for all new customers currently. We offer many different discounts, including but not limited to, First responder (Police/Fire/ems), Military (active and retired/veteran), etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out the problems that are occurring first by inspecting the property. Then come up with a plan of action and go over that with the customer and make sure that is what best suites they’re needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different types, from many different walks of life. But we handle residential, commercial and multi-family housing.
