I attended a party recently where the catering was by Bings. His brisket was amazing. His sides were great too. He made two custom cocktails (prickly pear mojito and peach vodka tea) that we all enjoyed.

The foods at Mark's catered party were so fresh and produce brightly colored. His oyster mushrooms & grilled shrimp where mouth watering. My favorite was the fragrant peanut sauce which was - figuratively speaking - the icing on the cake.
