- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have found the best approach when first working with a new client is to meet in person, truly understand the goals of their project, and be available to answer all questions as they pertain to our team. No matter what the size and scope of the project, it is our number one priority that our clients are comfortable and confident with the team they have chosen. Once our team has made it past the initial screening, we dive deeply into the scope, design, and phasing of the project. Our team excels in identifying simple solutions for complex issues. We are fortunate to have a wide range of experiences across various projects, allowing us to see solutions and concepts where others may not. Finally, once we understand the scope of the project, we provide a proposal that includes total scope, estimated budget, and our best attempt to capture the client's main objectives. We will be as thorough as possible so that there will be no open items heading into the project.
