Introduction: We manage your home! For the past several years, our team has been primarily focused in the private equity and real estate investment arena. We noticed that many of our investors and high net worth clients were having frustrating, poorly managed projects that were running behind schedule, over budget, and ruining what should have been an exciting experience. We created Your Home Works as a way to lend a professional, concierge-type service to the construction and property management industry. We have over 30 years of experience across a range of different projects with varying levels of complexity. We treat every home as if it were our own, providing constant communication, clear deliverables, and keeping contractors on task and on budget. Solving complex problems by providing easy solutions. Our unique experience across several industries has allowed us to develop a tremendous network of contractors, lenders, architects, real estate teams, and more. We seek to provide full service and one-stop-shop solutions to make your experience as painless as possible. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have found the best approach when first working with a new client is to meet in person, truly understand the goals of their project, and be available to answer all questions as they pertain to our team. No matter what the size and scope of the project, it is our number one priority that our clients are comfortable and confident with the team they have chosen. Once our team has made it past the initial screening, we dive deeply into the scope, design, and phasing of the project. Our team excels in identifying simple solutions for complex issues. We are fortunate to have a wide range of experiences across various projects, allowing us to see solutions and concepts where others may not. Finally, once we understand the scope of the project, we provide a proposal that includes total scope, estimated budget, and our best attempt to capture the client's main objectives. We will be as thorough as possible so that there will be no open items heading into the project.
