- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not at this time. My recent menu's have been pretty wide ranging based on customer request to date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the what the client has in mind for a menu, and the number of guest expected. I'll follow up with a quote and some options they can consider.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was an expanse of my primary business Browning's Country Ham. At festivals we had a lot of customers as us to make them sandwiches. We finally took a chance and made some to sell one time and it snowballed from there. We've had great success with each item we've offered. If I offer it it's only because I love the end result in everything we do.
