- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When possible, we will provide a flat fee schedule that provides pricing certainty and a firm understanding of our fees. However, some representations are not suited to a flat fee because of their nature and uncertainty. Our rates are highly competitive and we always strive to outperform client expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen. This is a lost art. Without listening we can never fully understand the needs and wants of our potential clients. Our rule of thumb is 2/3 client and 1/3 law firm; that strikes the right balance and sets the appropriate expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our attorneys are highly educated and have obtained additional certifications and experience in their practice. Our firm continually obtains the highest quality insight and knowledge for our dynamic industry group.
