After having four different contractors come out and price jobs for me all of which were over $6000, luckily Watson construction was referred to me by a good friend. Bradley, the owner actually came out and priced out the job himself. His bid was $1500 lower than the lowest bid. After telling him to go ahead and do the job, I felt a little skeptical about my decision. Within 24 hours he had a crew out and they got the job done with in two days. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided. Two days later the doorbell rang and it was the owner Bradley. He said that he just wanted to come out and check everything on the job and that it was done to his company standards. After finding two very small imperfections, that I didn't even notice Brad went out to his truck got his tools and fixed it right there on the spot. When he left, I felt like I had known him all of my life and was very satisfied with the quality of service provided by his company. I highly recommend Watson construction to anyone that is needing great work done on a budget. I am looking forward to using the money I saved by going with Watson construction to have them start another project at my house. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!!! You will be glad you did.

I originally used another company to pour some footers for me after their bid was much lower than Mr. Watson's. Even though I didn't give him the job initially he still offered help and suggestions along the way and was very nice. When my block mason arrived after the footers were poured he noticed that the measurements were off on the footers and one side wasn't square. We were devastated and the original company was not returning our phone calls. Even Mr Watson tried contacting them for us. We finally gave up on getting a refund or getting it corrected and gave Mr Watson the green light to tear out the old footers and repour it with the dimentions it was suppose to be. We were so frustrated at this point we simply told Mr Watson to make it right no matter the costs. Within three days not only were the footers torn out and replaced per the floor plan, but he had put up the block as well. When it came down to the invoice we didn't even care at this point we were just so happy to have it completed and our room addition was moving along, but Mr Watson saved us enough on the block work that it didn't cost any extra to tear out the old footers. He could've charged us thousands more but he didn't. Super good guy and very easy to talk to. This guy never meets a stranger for sure.
