Introduction: When someone's interested in joining the fit u personal training program I take
them through an assessment and evaluation, this includes an assessment of your
bones and joints. Your range of motion and your motor patterns. Then I take a
look at your current fitness levels. With this and your goals I can create a
custom workout plan that will help create the fit u, you envision.
I've been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I hold a certificate in personal training and functional movement. I've worked with people from age 10-93 years old. I've helped people manage their back/neck/ankle/knee pain by correcting how
they move. I've helped people loss over a 100+lbs.
