First, Victor called me almost as soon as I hit the button to have someone contact me. He was to my home within one hour. Second, I hired Victor to do what I thought was a simple job putting plug-in chandeliers into recessed lighting units. I was wrong. Victor was creative and offered to shop for a few different conversion items and kits to make this work. He was brilliant in his solution, and my kitchen looks gorgeous. Definitely would hire him again and will refer him to friends and clients. Thank you!
