- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job depends on the scope of work being done; cabinet install only, trim work only, cabinet install and trim work, demo existing cabinets, etc. We typically do half down on the start date and the rest upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do an initial discussion by phone, email, or in person. If we agree on the scope of the work and cost, we then decide on the timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training/education is on-site and on the job. I have 14 years of experience. I am also self taught in furniture refinishing and fabrication.
