What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching sessions are 50-minutes long and priced by the session. I offer student discounts and discounted packages for multiple sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation call to discuss new clients' needs and objectives. After we've answered each other's questions and agreed to move forward, I'll draw up a coaching agreement customized for that client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been speaking professionally since 1999, delivering messages to audiences of 12-250 and more.
