- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. Each situation is different. Sometimes it's an easy fix and sometimes we have to actually cut parts of the wall or flooring out. So the prices are not completely fixed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on whether it an insurance claim or a normal call, we treat our customers with respect. We come out and find the issue, give them and upfront price, if they chose to do the work then we do our best to insure there will be no other issues once we are done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been in business since 1973. My father Robert Phillips Started the company and it remains in the family today.
