Michael was great to work with. I needed headshots in a hurry and he jumped through hoops to get them to me. He did such a great job and got the perfect shot on the first snap. We did several other poses and I couldn't choose my favorites because they were all of excellent quality. I will definitely be using him again for family photos!Feb 27, 2018Michael L.'s reply
Jill, it was a pleasure to capture you headshots. Thanks for thinking of me and trusting me with such an important picture. I look forward to working with you again soon. Michael
Michael was professional and creative. He really took time to take amazing shots and instead of taking hundreds of shots to get a couple of good ones he was patient and detailed to really capture those moments and pictures that are so lovely. We loved working with him so much and the end results that we want him to be at our wedding! He was so great!!Feb 21, 2018VerifiedMichael L.'s reply
Emma, thanks so very much for the opportunity to photograph your engagement. It was a great day for a truly awesome couple. I am also truly honored to be chosen for your wedding photographer and look forward to making that day truly special.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have standard pricing, but typically I customize my pricing to meet the needs and wants of the customer. I do discuss pricing up front with my clients so they know what they are facing and what they are getting for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The main ingredient in working with a new customer is building that initial relationship, understanding their needs, and expectations. Once those key elements are established know their vision of the finished product and clearly define the plan for how you will accomplish their vision with your finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a photographer for over 30 years. My education begin in the film era and migrated to the digital era in 2004. A majority of my education and training has been through self study by reading and watching other established photographers. For formal training I was mentored for two years in Europe by a Masters level photographer, who taught as a leading establishment in Germany.
