Often I read these reviews and assume they are biased. We'll let me say upfront that I am Kevin's brother. However, being in the construction field I would never vouch for someone I didn't feel was qualified to do a job. Being much younger than Kevin I worked for him in my 20's and learned a lot of basics from him. He doesn't cut corners, he doesn't cob it together. He does great work in all phases of construction. It's rare to find someone talented enough to not only frame and run block but also be a finish carpenter. I can do many things but I'm not sure I can do any of them as well as Kevin. Kevin told me once "any asshole can frame a house".. and that's the truth.. but I want someone who's going to do it right.. and that's Kevin Conley

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, each component of building is normally priced by square foot. Windows and doors charge is usually the price of product is price of install.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to their project/ job site, meet whomever is in charge, get verbal and written explanation of tasks at hand, go through the process of work/ material needed, call and meet back up with written contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a industrial arts major, working in the field since 1986.
