- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the best!!!! I work with sellers and buyers directly to find out what benefits them. I will beat any offer that you receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to find out what a new customer is looking for in a real estate agent and real estate transaction. If I can add value to the relationship, then we continue the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Boston University with a BS degree in Bio-Medical Engineering. I use the analytical skills from my engineering background to provide great comparative market analysis that can be used to price your home for sale or to put an offer in on a property. I am a military veteran. I learned organization and discipline while serving in the US Navy as a nuclear submarine officer. I also hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certifications . Most important, I am a NJ Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
