OPTIMUS charges one hundred and twenty dollars an hour for its services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OPTIMUS offers a free 1-hour coaching session to provide an opportunity to 'break the ice' and introduce what coaching, the coach, the coach's approach and what can be expected. Most importantly, the new customer will get to experience, first-hand, what a partial coaching session feels like. If there is a connection, then a coaching relationship will be developed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
W. Scott Erickson has an MBA and enjoys focusing on human potential of enterprise. He looked forward to performance evaluations in his professional past, seeing the time as an opportunity to support a person's professional and personal development. to compliment his MBA, he completed a nine month Coaching For Transformation professional coaching certification program as well as a year long Enlightened Leadership Program. He can talk business, heart and spirit.
