We had Ignacio install the laminate wood flooring and they did good work. About a week and a half after the installation, the humidity increased, causing some “bubbling“ or lifting in certain areas of the hardwood where it was bending. Ignacio and his men came back, fixed the problems, and cleaned up after themselves. We will be using them again.

Initially all was well, price was a bit more than the original quote but I was okay with it because the tile flooring looked great. Two months later I had looks tiles where the grout was cracking. Ignacio’s guys came and fixed it. Another month later, three more tiles were loose. Multiple calls and messages with no return. Contemplating a lawyer. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
