Introduction: I am a veteran of the food service industry. I have been a professional chef for over 12 years primarily focusing on fine dining, farm to table, New American-French cuisine. I offer my services in the form of cooking for clients in their homes or business for private events and functions. I will work with every client to create the best plan and menus for each event to match all their needs and wishes. From idea to completion I am always in constant contact with clients to ensure a smooth and successful event every time. I have a deeply rooted passion for food stemming back to my early childhood. I have always known that a Chef's life was for me and I have taken every opportunity to advance my own personal career and knowledge throughout the years. I particularly enjoy working with clients to make their dreams become reality. I love the creative process and pride myself on delivering the best service to my clients and their guests.
