I am very satisfied with the job Maeder landscape and snow ltd did. I had a fallen tree.They cut the tree quickly and then٫ they mowed the lawn .I was very surprized because they also cleaned the curb and they collected the left over branches٫etc. The great part was the price.It is very resonable and fair.I highly recommend this company.They do an outstanding job . What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss customers wants, needs and time frame via text, phone call or in person. meet to view property & leave estimate, answer any questions, schedule completion date. Referrals that create new clients receive approximately $40 worth of service at no cost as my thank you. ( Free wkly maintenance/free 6" plow.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Taken Horticulture, Gardening and Fertilization Courses at Riverhead's Cornell Co-op, Farmingdale and Suffolk CC as well as many adult education courses thru BOCES. Also have done much research and and read extensively. 35 years experience has been my best teacher.
