- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While most situations differ, we use the industry standard, Xactanalysis software, Xactimate, as the basis for our pricing estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we receive a phone call or an email request from a prospective client. If appropriate, we then arrange a free consultation/site visit to assess the client's situation and determine a best course of action. We will then put together a written proposal/bid for the client and/or their insurance company and we only commence work after the client or their representative sign a work authorization form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, (IICRC) as Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Water Restoration, Advanced Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Technicians.
