- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?While working with a new customer, I like to take a second and introduce myself and give a little bit about my work background. I make sure I know exactly what the customer wants and is expecting so that way there is no confusion and the process goes as smooth as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been performing Handyman work for about 4 years now. I was trained first hand by a handyman who has been at his position for over 30 years.
